Meet Reina Hoiser

I believe meaningful growth begins when we recognize our potential, challenge the beliefs that hold us back, and take ownership of the future we want to create.
As a Certified Life Coach at LeoRising since January 2023, I help individuals navigate personal and professional challenges through self-discovery, accountability, and purposeful action. My approach draws on ICF coaching competencies to create a supportive, reflective environment where clients can explore possibilities and develop strategies aligned with their goals.
My coaching practice is grounded in a career spanning leadership, financial operations, and business development. This experience gives me a practical understanding of the decisions, pressures, and opportunities that come with leading teams, managing resources, developing businesses, and pursuing professional advancement.
